Jenny Yoe was named head of U.K. pensions at State Street Global Advisors, a spokeswoman said.
Ms. Yoe leads U.K. defined benefit sales and client relations and is responsible for existing relationships as well as developing new business. She replaced Jason Allan, who joined Allianz Global Investors as director, institutional business development in early November.
Ms. Yoe reports to Andrew Benton, head of U.K. institutional at SSGA.
"As we look to further develop our U.K. business, (Ms. Yoe's) experience and leadership will allow us to leverage the full breadth of our capabilities from index to active management and outcome-oriented solutions to the benefit of clients and the firm," Mr. Benton said in a news release.
Ms. Yoe had been head of U.K. institutional at River & Mercantile Asset Management. A spokesman could not be reached to comment about a replacement.
