Minnesota State Board of Investment will use volatility-based indexes as well as asset-class-based indexes and will have targets of zero to 10% inflation-protection investments and 5% to 20% in protection investments in its proposed strategically oriented asset allocation. Also, the board had issued an open RFP in its recent search for a custodian. Incorrect information about the target ranges and the type of RFP was reported in a story in the Nov. 20 P&I Daily.
