San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association, Stockton, Calif., is searching for a real estate consultant, according to an RFP posted on the $2.7 billion pension fund's website.
The pension fund is searching for a consultant to provide oversight and administration of the pension fund's real estate portfolio, conduct searches for real estate managers and oversee those managers in conjunction with staff, according to the RFP. Courtland Partners is the current consultant; whether the firm is invited to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The RFP is available on the pension fund's website. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. PST on Dec. 1. A decision is expected sometime in January.
