Janet Li, Hong Kong-based director of investments for Greater China with Willis Towers Watson, has left the firm to pursue another opportunity, a spokesman for the global investment consultant confirmed Wednesday in an emailed statement.
Ms. Li, reached by telephone, confirmed that Tuesday was her last day at Willis Towers Watson, where she has worked since 2001. She declined to discuss her immediate plans.
The Willis Towers Watson statement didn't directly address the question of whether the firm would fill the role of director of investments for Greater China. The statement said Willis Towers Watson remains "highly committed" to mainland China and Taiwan.
