Doug Vikser has joined American Realty Advisors as a senior manager, capital markets, a spokeswoman said.
It is a new position, the spokeswoman said in an email. Mr. Vikser will report to Kirk Helgeson, chief investment officer.
Mr. Vikser will help American Realty, a real estate manager, expand into structured finance. He will originate structured debt and preferred equity investments.
Mr. Vikser was a managing director at commercial real estate lender Hunt Mortgage Group. Brent Feigenbaum, Hunt Mortgage spokesman did not know whether Mr. Vikser has been replaced and directed inquires to Hunt's Dori Sarney, human resources manager. Ms. Sarney could not be reached by press time.
