Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System, Harrisburg, is searching for a transition manager.
Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the $2.3 billion defined benefit plan, is assisting with the search.
There is no current transition manager, said Steven Roth, Dahab Associates chief investment officer, in an email.
The RFP is available on Dahab's website. Proposals are due by 5 p.m. EST on Nov. 21. There is no set date on when the selection will be made, said Mr. Roth.
