Mr. Forth leads the firm's marketing and business development efforts, and oversees the development and fostering of new client relationships. He reports to Josh J. Rothe, president and director of research.
Mr. Forth was a relationship manager at WHV Investments. The firm went out of business last year.
SKBA has about $1 billion in assets under management.
