Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, is searching for an investment consultant, confirmed Evelyn Williams, spokeswoman for the $53.5 billion retirement system.
The consultant is to help PennPSERS with the implementation of two newly created plans: a hybrid defined benefit/defined contribution plan and a stand-alone DC plan.
The RFP is available on the state's procurement website.
Proposals are due by 1 p.m. EDT on Nov. 3. Ms. Williams said the board hopes to have the consultant in place by end of the year.
