Jenny Sofian was named CEO at Fullerton Fund Management, a S$17.3 billion ($12.8 billion) asset management affiliate of Singapore state-owned investment company Temasek, effective Nov. 1.
Ms. Sofian replaces Manraj Sekhon, who left the company less than a year ago. It couldn't be learned where Mr. Sekhon went.
Ho Tian Yee, the chairman of the Fullerton board who was serving as interim CEO, will remain chairman, a spokeswoman for the firm said.
Ms. Sofian comes to Fullerton from Amundi in Singapore, where she served as CEO and head of South Asia. A spokeswoman for Amundi couldn't immediately say if Ms. Sofian has been replaced.
