Shamafa Khan was named managing director and head of investor relations at Crayhill Capital Management, a spokesman said.
It is a new position at Crayhill Capital, a private structured credit hedge fund specialist.
Ms. Khan was previously a director in the global business development group at Barings LLC. Barings spokesman Brian Whelan could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
Crayhill Capital Management has about $438 million in assets under management, according to its most recent ADV filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
