The University of Rochester, N.Y., posted a 14.3% net return for its long-term investment pool, which is primarily the university's endowment, for the fiscal year ended June 30, according to endowment office information provided via email Monday by university spokeswoman Sandra Knispel.
Fiscal-year end assets of $2.3 billion represented a 8.5% increase over the $2.12 billion in assets as of June 30, 2016.
The long-term investment pool's return for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016, was -3.1%. The long-term investment pool recorded annualized returns of 4.9% for the three years ended June 30, 9% for five years and 5.3% for 10 years.
