Ian Burns was named head of defined benefit investment solutions at JLT Employee Benefits and James Leeming was named director on the investment solutions team, said a spokeswoman.
Both positions are new. Mr. Burns is responsible for the growth of JLT's defined benefit investment business across the U.K. and investment services including consulting, fiduciary management, local authority and buy-ins and buyouts. He was previously director within JLT's investment consulting business. The spokeswoman could not provide details on Mr. Burns' replacement.
Mr. Leeming is responsible for JLT's investment consulting services across a range of clients. He joined from Mercer in Manchester, where he was an investment consultant. A Mercer spokeswoman could not provide the details of Mr. Leeming's replacement.
