J.D. Sitton has rejoined J.P. Morgan Asset Management's real estate business as a managing director and head of client strategy, spokesman Matthew Chisum said.
Mr. Sitton replaces Alexia Gottschalch, a managing director who shifted her focus to key client relationships and consultant strategy, for real estate in the Americas, sources said.
Mr. Sitton was head of real estate investor relations at Baring Asset Management. Before that, he worked at JPMAM for 13 years in the money manager's real estate business.
David Coburn, Barings spokesman could not be reached by press time concerning Mr. Sitton's replacement at Barings.
