Hazen and Sawyer, New York, hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, said a posting on the plan's website.
Fidelity replaces T. Rowe Price Group, effective Monday. Participants are currently in a blackout period that ends during the week of Oct. 15, according to the posting.
A reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, 2015, the Hazen and Sawyer P.C. 401(k) Plan had $209 million in assets, according to the company's most recent Form 5500 filing.
