Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, hired Alight Solutions as the record keeper for its Colgate-Palmolive Company Employees Savings and Investment Plan, confirmed Thomas DiPiazza, a company spokesman.
Alight is replacing Transamerica Retirement Solutions.
Alight was "chosen following an extensive RFP process," Mr. DiPiazza wrote in an email. He didn't provide other details.
The 401(k) plan had $3.07 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, according to its latest 11-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
