St. Petersburg, Fla., hired Montgomery Retirement Plan Advisors as investment consultant for its $115 million 457 plan and $27 million 401(a) plan, said Neal Jones, city procurement analyst, in an email.
The city issued an RFP in June because incumbent consultant PFM Consulting's contract was set to expire at the end of September. PFM was a finalist, along with AndCo Consulting, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Segal Marco Advisors.
