John Adu and Tom Stephens joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management, a spokeswoman said.
Mr. Adu was named U.K. head of ETF distribution. The position is new. He focuses on building relationships with U.K. investors and delivering exchange-traded fund offerings to clients.
Mr. Adu previously worked at Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for cross-asset distribution of alternative, active and passive strategies to U.K. clients. A spokesman could not be reached for comment.
Mr. Stephens was named head of ETF international capital markets. The position is also new. He is responsible for oversight of capital markets strategy, strengthening relationships with authorized participants and market makers, and collaborating with distribution teams.
Mr. Stephens had been head of ETF execution sales in Europe for Societe Generale's corporate and investment banking unit.
