University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, Burlington, committed up to $8 million to private equity fund of funds TrueBridge Capital Partners Fund V for the $472 million endowment pool, said recently released investment subcommittee minutes.
The subcommittee previously committed $5 million to TrueBridge-Kauffman Fellows Endowment Fund IV in 2015.
The actual allocation to private equity is 2.6%. The pool's overall target to private equity, venture capital and other alternative assets is 13%.
