It is a new position.
Mr. Sullivan was a director, institutional services at real estate firm Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. Neither Manon Palandjian, Intercontinental's marketing director, nor Paul J. Nasser, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, could be reached for information on Mr. Sullivan's replacement.
