Texas Teachers sticks with ISS for proxy services

Texas Teacher Retirement System rehired Institutional Shareholder Services as its proxy adviser, confirmed Juliana Fernandez Helton, a spokeswoman for the $139.7 billion pension fund, in an email.

ISS has served the Austin-based pension fund since 2002.

Ms. Helton could not immediately provide information about the length of ISS' new contract.
