Concord (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an investment consultant for the $145 million defined benefit plan.
The plan does not currently have an investment consultant. However, the board feels that, "due to the volatile economic conditions and the complexities of asset allocation … it is prudent to seek the advice of a professional consultant," said Linda A. Boucher, retirement administrator, in an email.
The RFP is available by contacting Ms. Boucher via email.
Proposals are due by 2 p.m. EDT on Oct. 4. A selection is expected to be made on or after Nov. 17.
