Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Los Angeles, is searching for a bundled provider for its $436 million 401(k) plan and $136 million 457 plan, according to an RFP posted on the PlanetBids procurement website.
The district issued an RFP for "qualified third party administrator firms to provide administration, investments, record-keeping, education, counseling and participant investment advice," according to the RFP.
The current provider is TIAA-CREF; whether the firm is eligible to rebid could not be immediately learned.
Proposals are due at 11 a.m. PDT on Oct. 5. A timeline for a decision was not provided.
The RFP is available on the PlanetBids website. Registration is required.
