Kylie Willment will join Mercer Investments as chief investment officer, Australia and New Zealand, effective Oct. 25, the company announced.
Ms. Willment replaces Russell Clarke, who left Mercer to join Victorian Funds Management Corp. as chief investment officer in May.
Phil Graham, acting CIO, will resume his previous role as deputy CIO after Ms. Willment joins, confirmed a spokeswoman for Mercer.
Ms. Willment comes to Mercer from Sydney-based New South Wales Treasury Corp., where she served as senior manager, investment advisory and stewardship. A NSW Treasury spokesman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
A Mercer news release said A$30 billion ($24 billion) of Mercer Investments' A$200 billion in assets under management globally is managed on behalf of clients from Australia and New Zealand.
