TAL Services Ltd., a Sydney-based life insurer, hired Mercer Australia as implemented consultant for the company's A$1.4 billion ($1.1 billion) TAL Superannuation and Insurance Fund.
The fund had previously been run by another external OCIO manager. A TAL spokeswoman couldn't immediately identify the manager.
A TAL news release said its six-year appointment for Mercer begins Oct. 1.
