Tom Dunster joined Hymans Robertson as a senior investment research consultant to lead the firm's equity research, said a spokesman.
Mr. Dunster already has started at the firm. The spokesman said he replaced Alistair McKissack. Further details on Mr. McKissack's plans could not be learned by press time.
Mr. Dunster joined the growth asset team at the actuarial and consulting firm, added the spokesman.
"(Mr. Dunster's) expertise in global equity markets will add further breadth to the existing strengths of our practice and help us to continue to build upon the high-quality, independent consulting our clients choose us for," said Andy Green, chief investment officer at Hymans, in a news release.
Mr. Dunster was head of fund research at private bank C. Hoare & Co., said the release.
