Jack Le Roy has joined private equity firm Thoma Bravo as a partner to assist in building a new credit business, according to a source familiar with the situation and the private equity firm's website.
Mr. Le Roy was a principal in the credit business of Summit Partners. Meg Riley Devine, Summit Partners' spokeswoman, could not be reached immediately for information on a replacement.
Thoma Bravo spokesman Matthew Gorton declined comment.
