The School District of Philadelphia is searching for an investment consultant for its 403(b) and 457 plans, said Kelly Earl, buyer/operations analyst, in an email.
The district issued an RFP because the contract of current consultant Bolton Partners Investment Consulting Group is expiring on Dec. 31. The firm is invited to rebid.
The plans' record keepers are AXA Equitable, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, TIAA-CREF and VALIC. The plans have a combined $146 million in assets.
Proposals are due at 11 a.m. EDT on Sept. 12. A decision is expected on Nov. 16.
The RFP is available on the school district's procurement website. Registration is required.
