CBS Corp., New York, hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper for the CBS 401(k) Plan, a company spokeswoman confirmed Thursday.
Fidelity will assume responsibility in the fall, but the spokeswoman declined to provide additional details. The plan's record keeper has been Transamerica Retirement Solutions.
The CBS plan had $4.39 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, according to the company's 11-K.
