Swampscott (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for an active small-cap equity manager to run about $4 million and an active midcap equity manager to run about $5 million.
The searches will be open to managers across core, growth and value styles.
Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the $50 million defined benefit plan, is assisting with the search.
The RFPs are available on Dahab's website. Proposals for both searches are due by 5 p.m. EDT on Aug. 25. Selection dates have not yet been determined.
