Andrew Kitchen was named managing director, institutional Canada, at Russell Investments Canada.
Mr. Kitchen will report to David Steele, president and CEO of Russell Investments Canada, said a Russell spokeswoman.
He replaces Joseph Gelly, who left the firm, said the Russell spokeswoman. She was unable to say to where Mr. Gelly went.
Mr. Kitchen was managing director for institutional investment, Canada, at SEI Investments. An SEI spokesman said the company is "actively evaluating candidates, located in Toronto," to replace him.
