Emerson College, Boston, hired Transamerica Retirement Solutions as record keeper of its 403(b) plan, according to a posting on the plan's website.
Transamerica takes over as the sole record keeper effective Aug. 1. The current record keepers are Fidelity Investments, TIAA-CREF and VALIC.
The plan also will have a new investment options lineup consisting of 18 investment options and a lifecycle fund lineup managed by TIAA-CREF. Information on which options are new to the plan, and which they replace, was not immediately available.
As of Dec. 31, 2015, the Emerson College Tax Deferred Annuity Plan had $122 million in assets, according to the most recently available Form 5500 filing.
College spokeswoman Michelle Gaseau could not be reached immediately to provide further information.
