Town of Colonie, Newtonville, N.Y., is searching for a bundled provider for its $42 million 457 plan, said Douglas Sippel, general services director, in an email.
The town issued an RFP because of a New York state requirement that it put the services up for bid every five years; current provider MassMutual Financial is invited to rebid.
Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on Aug. 11. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
The RFP is available on the BidNet Direct procurement website. Registration is required.
