Howard Margolis has joined real estate manager Clarion Partners as head of product development, spokeswoman Caroline Emerson said in an email.
It is a new position. Mr. Margolis will assist the firm in creating new investment strategies for its investors. He had been a principal at BIP Investments. BIP executives could not be reached by press time.
