Scott Koenig has joined Neuberger Berman as managing director in charge of secondary real estate efforts, said Alex Samuelson, spokesman.
It is a new position. Mr. Koenig, who is based in New York, focuses on acquiring mature real estate private equity portfolios, primarily in the U.S. and Europe. He reports to Brian Talbot and Tristram Perkins, co-heads of Neuberger Berman's secondary investments group.
Mr. Koenig previously was director, secondary investments and liquidity solutions at DB Private Equity. Adam Graev, managing director, secondary investments and liquidity solutions, at DB Private Equity, could not immediately be reached to provide further information.
