Milwaukee County Employees' Retirement System placed OFI Global Asset Management on watch for organizational reasons, recently released board meeting minutes said.
The $1.7 billion pension fund's board, in placing the manager on "alert," cited the departure of a portfolio manager from OFI, which runs $55 million in active emerging markets equities for the pension fund. OFI has returned 14% year-to-date as of May 24, compared to its 13.9% benchmark, according to the minutes.
