Watertown (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System rehired Acadian Asset Management to manage about $3.5 million in an active international small-cap equity strategy.
The system signed on a seven-year contract with the firm. Fiduciary Investment Advisors, investment consultant for the $154 million pension plan, assisted.
An RFP was issued in February to comply with state procurement laws, said Maura K. Goulart, director of client services at Fiduciary Investment Advisors.
