Chicago Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Retirement Fund anticipates issuing an RFP for a core open-end real estate fund manager late next week, said Susan Boutin, executive director of the $1.2 billion pension fund, in an email.

Once approved, the RFP is expected to be posted on the pension fund's website.
