Washington County, Ore., is searching for a record keeper for its $75 million 457 plan, said Vincent Galindo, senior consultant at Hyas Group, in an email.
The county has issued an RFP for firms to provide "retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related, and other related services for the plan," Mr. Galindo said.
The current record keepers of the Hillsboro-based fund are AXA, Empower Retirement and ICMA-RC. Whether the firms are eligible to rebid could not be immediately learned.
Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on July 25. Finalist interviews are scheduled for Sept. 28-29 with a decision expected shortly thereafter.
The RFP can be obtained by emailing Mr. Galindo at [email protected].
Hyas Group is the 457 plan's investment consultant and is assisting in the search.
Mr. Galindo could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
