Lubrizol Corp., Wickliffe, Ohio, is adding the Vanguard International Explorer Fund as an investment option in its two 401(k) plans, according to two 11-K filings with the SEC by holding company Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
The active international midcap growth equity fund managed by Vanguard Group will be added to the lineups on Aug. 1 and will replace the Templeton International Smaller Companies Fund, an active international midcap equity fund managed by Franklin Templeton Investments.
The reason for the change was not given.
As of Dec. 31, the Lubrizol Corp. Employees' Profit Sharing and Savings Plan had $1.2 billion in assets, and the Lubrizol Corp. Age-Weighted Defined Contribution Plan had $27 million in assets, according to the 11-K filings.
