Idaho Endowment Fund Investment Board, Boise, will begin a search for a manager of investments in July, said Larry Johnson, current manager of investments, in an email.
The board, which oversees $2.1 billion in endowment assets, will conduct the search for a new top investment official due to Mr. Johnson's retirement. Tentatively, the effective date of his retirement is Dec. 31, Mr. Johnson said. The board hopes to have a new manager of investments in place by October to enable a smooth transition.
The job listing will be posted at the state of Idaho division of human resources' website and the board's website, Mr. Johnson said.
