CSRA Inc., Falls Church, Va., hired T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services as record keeper of its 401(k) plan, the company disclosed in an 11-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.
The previous record keeper was Aon Hewitt. A reason for the change, which took effect April 1, was not provided. The CSRA 401(k) Plan had $1.1 billion in assets as of Dec. 31, according to the 11-K filing.
