Milwaukee County Employees’ Retirement System hired Galliard Capital Management to run about $170 million in active domestic core fixed income.
The $1.7 billion pension fund hired Galliard to replace J.P. Morgan Asset Management, which was terminated for “organizational issues,” according to the April 26 board meeting minutes.
Investment consultant Marquette Associates assisted.
Amy Pechacek, interim director-retirement plan services, did not return a phone call seeking further information.
