Pretty Sagoo joined the pension risk transfer business of Legal & General Group, said a spokeswoman.
Ms. Sagoo, in her role as head of the strategic business, focuses on implementing large pension buy-ins, buyouts and longevity insurance transactions in the U.K. and is responsible for helping pension funds with derisking.
She replaced Cheryl Agius, who took on the position of CEO of general insurance at L&G in December, the spokeswoman said.
Ms. Sagoo joined from Deutsche Bank where she was director in the financing and solutions group focusing on longevity swaps. A spokeswoman was not able to provide details of the replacement by press time.
