Houston Municipal slates $20 million for Valor Equity Partners

Houston Municipal Employees Pension System committed up to $20 million to growth-focused private equity fund Valor Equity Partners Fund IV, spokesman Peter Koops said in an email.

The $2.3 billion pension fund has a private equity target of 17.5% and has previously committed to predecessor funds Valor Equity Partners Fund II and Valor Equity Partners Fund III.
