Chicago Policemen's Annuity & Benefit Fund will soon begin a search for securities litigation firms.
The $2.45 billion pension fund's staff will create a pool of securities litigation specialist firms, said Regina Tuczak, executive director, in an email.
Part of the RFP process will evaluate pension fund's existing group of securities litigators, and firms could be added or deleted, Ms. Tuczak said.
The list of existing firms could not be obtained.
The RFP will be available May 16 on the pension fund's website.
