Dover, Del., is searching for an investment consultant for its $37 million General Employee Pension Plan, $12 million Police Pension Plan and $26 million Other Post-Employment Benefits Trust.
The city is seeking a firm to make ongoing asset allocation recommendations and assist in the review and revision of the three plans’ investment policies, according to an RFP posted on the city’s website.
Milliman is the current investment consultant; whether the firm is invited to rebid could not be immediately learned.
Proposals are due at 2 p.m. EDT on May 24. A timeline for a decision was not provided.
