San Mateo County Employees' Retirement System, Redwood City, Calif., committed $35 million to White Oak Yield Spectrum Fund, managed by White Oak Global Advisors, shows a system press release.
The direct lending fund will be part of the $3.8 billion pension fund's $163 million opportunistic credit composite within the $696 million fixed-income portfolio.
The commitment took place at the board's March 28 meeting.
