Timothy Bitsberger joined TCW Group as managing director and senior account manager in the firm's client service group.
The position is new, said a spokesman. Mr. Bitsberger will work with institutional investors in both the U.S. and internationally. He will based in the Los Angeles firm’s New York office and will report to Patrick Moore, group managing director and head of client services.
Mr. Bitsberger previous worked at BNP Paribas where he was head of official institutions coverage for the Americas. A spokesman for BNP Paribas could not be reached by press time as to whether Mr. Bitsberger has been replaced.
