Filip Skala was named managing director and head of transition management at investment bank and brokerage BTIG, and John Curley was named director of global portfolio and ETF sales, according to a news release.
They will report to Thomas Smykowski, managing director and head of global portfolio and ETF trading, the release said.
Mr. Skala was a managing director and head of U.S. portfolio solutions at Cantor Fitzgerald; Sarah Lukashok, Cantor spokeswoman, said Mr. Skala left the firm in November but she had no information on his replacement. Mr. Curley was director of global program trading at Deutsche Bank.
