Reagan Pratt was named senior vice president, client relations and product development at real estate investment manager Bentall Kennedy.
The position is new, said a Bentall Kennedy spokeswoman. Mr. Pratt will work with U.S. institutional clients.
Mr. Pratt was a principal at Harrison Street Securities, the real estate investment trust unit of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Rob Van Bergen, senior vice president, took on Mr. Pratt's duties, said Christopher Merrill, president and CEO of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
